yamaha alto sax problems

hi i was just wondering if someone could help me with an alto saxophone problem. i'm in advanced band at my middle school, but recently, every time i play a high G it plays an octave too high or starts to make a sort of rattling sound; i have this problem only when i play the high G. thanks for any help you can give me.

    G is where the octave shifts from the neck to lower octave vent. Make sure the neck octave vent is sealing properly and the lower one isn't clogged.
