Also looking for music

Does anyone know of any really good college audition pieces for saxophone? Will appriciate all input. Thanks

    lawson Lunde- Sonata for saxophone Alexandar Glazunov-Concerto in Eb for saxophone(upper level piece, would require a lot of prep) Ibert-Aria Bozza-Aria Heiden-Sonata

      I would second all of barisax999's recommendations EXCEPT for Glazunov. There is way too much there for even the most gifted young student to tackle. In order to perform this piece up to the standard, one would require at least a general grasp of classicism AND romanticism in all arts, including life. For starters, read James Umble's biography of Londeix and also email Londiex. Angel
