Lyon and Healy was a harp manufacture in the Chicago area that started selling saxophones in the 20's and 30's. Most of their horns were made by Buescher, while a few soprano and C Soprano horns were made by Martin. The Martin horns have beveled tone holes, while the Buescher horns have straight tone holes. The price really depends on the condition of the horn, but an unrestored Lyon Healy soprano in good condition sold on ebay a while ago for around $800 . I would say $700-$900 is a pretty fair range.
