teeth problems

anyone out there have problems with your teeth moving on you over time? I've found this movement to be quite detrimental to my ability to play. would like to hear from anyone who might have experience with this sort of thing. i'm mainly talking about moderate movement brought on by aging, crowding of the teeth etc.

I think I've noticed playing saxophone pushing my front two teeth forward a little bit.

I wore braces until about 18 years ago. I've worn a retainer nearly every night ever since. If I don't wear it, my bite feels different after a day or two. It would be worth getting a retainer for your upper teeth that you can wear at night when you sleep. It will help keep things aligned. Shouldn't cost more than $100 to have one made by an orthodontist.
