Model 26 Selmer Sax

Someone has offered to trade a silver Model 26 Alto for my Conn Sn. C Melody. I don't really know the value of the horn- it'll need a complete repadding while my Conn plays just fine. I need a bit of advice, as I know next to nothing about early Selmer saxes. Thanks for your time guys, Christie J

      I think there's something wrong with the link. You can do it this way instead (it's a little bit more complicated, but it works - I think!) Og to: www.saxophone.org/buyers/5.html Scroll down in the article to where he's talking about pro horns. There's a sub-heading for Selmer. Highlighted in the text is a link to History Of Selmer. Click that, and it redirects you to the correct page. Hope this works.
