Value estimation of Buescher

You're probably going to say you need to see the sax to give any value. I can send pics. I am a single mom who has been generously given this 1945 Buescher "TT" sax as a gift to get what I can for it. It needs pads and a bit of restoration, but was told with that work, should be worth "thousands". Model # 297722. 3 patents listed on back. In original case.Thanks for any help you can offer : )
