conn alto sax

Hi My name is James and I live in England. I have a conn alto sax. I have been told it is a big bore 1924. It is in good condition and plays very well. I wish to sell it. But I wonder if anyone knows its value. The serial numbers are: pat dec 8 1914, 1119954. A, M143931 L Hope someone can help. James
