Hohner President Alto Sax

Hello I recently bought an old alto sax on impulse when I saw it in a flea market in Israel. The make is a Hohner President. I did a little research and found that it was probably made in the 1950s or 60s. I paid about $260 for it. I think it would need a complete overhaul - new set of pads, etc. Any idea what this would cost and whether it is even worth investing money in it? If I wanted to sell it, any idea on what I could get for it? Thanks.
