Help identifying ?alto? sax, please...

cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=64455&item=3743056749&rd=1 Can someone please have a look at this sax on ebay and tell me if it is an alto sax? They seller isn't too sure. I'm looking for a very beginner sax, but a good brand name, for my NINE YEAR OLD who is learning to play sax in our homeschool band this year. Thanks!
