E sharp position

I have some sheet music that shows one note as being an E sharp.. I don't remember what position that is on the Alto Sax. I didn't think there even was an E sharp, or F flat?? Can someone help me, please?

    E#=F Fb=E and for that matter B#=C Cb=B
