Buffet 400 Alto

Ok, I've had my new Buffet alto for a couple of weeks now and it is one terrific horn. The intonation is fantastic and the key lay out is really great. The slight indentation on the pearls makes it easy to stay on the keys and the action is smooth and fast. In addition, the horn itself is beautiful. It seems like every open part of the horn is engraved - the bell, keys, neck, the works. Many thanks to Mark at Saxquest for the set up and putting up with my constant calls wondering when my horn would be in. Any one considering a new alto really should check the Buffet out.
