My Conn Ladyface Alto Sax

HELP! Is there anyone out there that can help me? I have a CONN 6 M LADYFACE ALTO SAX. The registration number is: A 292195 L. Can someone out there identify this particular sax for me, when it was manufactured, etc? I live in Goa, India and bought the sax second-hand about a year back. Also most importantly. Where can I find parts for this particular model in the states? I am about to visit the U.S. in May and would like to be able to keep spare parts ike screws, springs etc. Please advise.

    Hello Kim. Your saxophone was made in 1940. That's all I can tell you. Mine was made in 1942. I got the list of serial numbers from Howarth's of London. You may be able to get parts from them, at 31-35 Chiltern Street, London W1M 1HG, UK. Phone (44) 207936 2407. Happy playing. I love my Conn Ladyface, of course. Paul Zec
