mpc refacing

I'VE GOT TWO MPCS. , A BUESCHURE BLANK SOP. AND A WOODWIND OF NEW YORK CO. TENOR B5. I'M PLAYING ON A SILVERPLATED TT[1914] SOP. AND A SILVERPLATED ARIS. TENOR.WITH SOFTER REEDS THEY'RE BOTH STUFFY WITH NO PROJECTION. A 31/2 ON THE TENOR WORKS GREAT AND I'VE NOT TRIED STRONGER REEDS ON THE SOP. QUESTION WOULD YOU GUYS/GIRLS REC HAVING THEM REFACED?

If it works great with a 3 1/2 dont get it refaced, play it with a 3 1/2

Right. You might want to get into reed preparation and conditioning, to be sure you're getting the most from your reeds, before you blame the mouthpiece.
