need info on vintage pan-am tenor

hi, i have a pan american tenor for sale, i am trying to find out info so i can give a good description on it to sell it. it is pat'd sept 4, 1915, #1153488, the next line says T, then #47687, then L. it is a silver plated tenor, i have been told it was made by conn. it is recently fully overhauled with new pads, is in great shape.. I would love some advice. thanks!
