Conn C-melody stencil??

Hello! I think I have a nickel plated Conn C-melody stencil (I was told when I bought it that its a Lyon & Healy, though I don't see anything on it that says L&H) Serial # P15225. I really just want to find out more about it, when it was made, how much it might be worth, etc... Thanks! Andrew C.
