It is a Conn directors model, commonly referred to as a "shooting star" They arent typically regarded as high level saxes, but if you find an early one they arent too bad. If you plan on doing much of anything with it, have a GOOD tech check it out (someone who specializes in saxes, not some idiot jack-of-all-trades tech) so the horn is in good working condition.
