Help In Jazz Mouthpiece & Ligature please

Hello I have an Alto sax Yanagisawa model 902 using yanagisawa metal 7 mouthpiece for jazz. After playing on it for a bit i noticed this isnt the mouthpiece for me since i get a really bright sound on it. I tried out ottolink 5* & Meyer 6 and thinking about purchasing the Meyer 6 since i liked it more. But I'm not sure if im making the right choice since I'm not that great with mouthpieces. Also I'm thinking about purchasing Rovenar mark III for the ligature would that be suitable??? Help will be much appreciated!! Thanks

A Rovner will definitely calm it down. Call Dave Jary at Jary Custom mouthpieces. He is a master modifier and extremely affordable. You won't regreat it i can assure you.
