Where to find this mouthpiece?!?!?!?

Please been looking for this mouth piece for 3 yrs anyone know where i could find one? Its was made by the Woodwind Company, i've found a tenor model but can't find an alto. Its a Woodwind Co. Metal mouthpiece and there's a lightning bolt where you put your teeth on it
