correct ligature

I have a 10M Conn with Dukoff metal mpc but having trouble finding right ligature. The Rovner screws right into the soft bell metal and leaves marks. Believe it or not I've had good results from a lady's hair tie, but there's gotta be a better find.

    Get you some old rubber inter tubing and back it with 100% clear silicone sealant. C Cut it out and apply to lig. Allow it to dry at least 24 hours. You will be amazed at the results. Been using it for years. Let us know. Blessings.
