Conn curved soprano sax

I have a Conn curved soprano sax. It appears that it was relacquered, which I know will hurt the value. I know it is playable. It doesn't have the original mouthpiece, it has a metal selmer mouthpiece. Based on the serial number it appears to be from around 1915, serial number 323** L (not sure what the L means). By the way, it does have a removable neck which seems unique for a soprano and it is in the original case, but the handle on the case is gone, using rope as a handle. Does anyone have any ideas on value?

if it has  refinished, not too much value......the L means low pitch........there's just not a lot of demand for those.....
