identifying a Conn sax

I am interested in purchasing a Conn 20M N244067 Student Model alto sax off of Ebay for a beginning student of mine.  I was wondering if this would be a good purchase, and able to be repaired by our local music repairman.  I don't want to purchase something for approximately $300 that is not going to work for my young student.  Is this a good sax or not?
