Buying a used saxophone

Hi I found an ad for this horn and I have been having issues finding out the model and brand of horn. Any imput would be help alot.

    What does the engraving on the bell say?  It is a stencil horn, though I'm not sure what company actually made it.  The key guards look very familiar, I just can't quite put my finger on it.  It might be a king stencil, though don't quote me.  How much are they asking?
