Help ID'ing a vintage Sax?

Hello Musical People!
(of which I am not)
I purchased this OLD (65?) Sax from a 2nd hand store for my Boyfriend for his birthday. I would like to give him detail on the sax, but I cant seem to find much more than an aproximate year.

The stamped Serial number is 444065, but I dont find anything when I google search it. 

Anyone able to help?

    Apologies all...its A Buescher Aristocrat, which you can sort of see in the photos.
