How much would it cost to do an adjastment on Tenor sax? (YTS-62)

Hello,

 

I'm wondering how much would i cost to do tenor saxophone adjastment (Yamaha YTS-62) Really nothing major, just needs a couple new pads, a couple new things that make they key pressing quiet. (dont know what they called) and etc... again nothing major.

 

P.S. mostly looking to adjust it, because for some reason it is hard to play clear Ab on high/second octave. I dont know if thats yamaha or just my saxophone, because i know another 2 people who basicaly have the same problem, even after they did adjastment.
