What kind of tenor saxophone is this?

I bought this off a guy who knew nothing about the sax. It plays well and has a bright tone. All of it, when looked closely at has a strange laquer. It is wavy and almost looks red and blue. It as no name, and only has some simple engraving on the front of the bell. The only sumbers i could find were on the top where you insert the neck, and they said 730, and on the front facing side of the palm keys, which said 73061173(i believe). I believe it is a selmer from the key gaurds and key design. Looks a lot like a Mark VII.
