How much to charge for 5 piece jazz band?

Hi

I'm 18 year old saxophonist and I have a five piece jazz band. We play various gigs, mainly weddings. The other members are all 18 or younger, but we're all top grade musicians. I'm still unsure how much to charge for each gig. Does it depend on the amount of time we play for? At the moment we charge £250 for the whole band, so that's £50 each.
Do we also charge more if it's late notice? For instance, if they only ask us a couple of days before?

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm still very much new to running a band financially!
