Buescher True Tone Tenor

Can anyone help me I have a Buescher True Tone Tenor Saxophone serial #52662 which indicates it is a 1919 model on the Buescher serial number site. I can not find anything about this Sax it,s value anything does anyone out there know about this Saxophone?

    Up to  about #200000 the True Tones had extremely primitive keywork and are consequently not really sought by players.  Closed eBay listings are showing early or late True Tones rarely going for over $1000, most often substantially less.
