1914 gold plated conn serial 211646

My father has a saxophone that belong to my great grandfather that I wanted to find out more information on it is a gold plated conn true tenor saxophone. beautiful ingravings on the horn gold plated and mother-of-pearl keys all in very good condition. Would somebody be able to tell me the askin value on this piece or where might be the best place if he decides to sell this.
