YTS 62 purple logo

I have a yts 62 purple logo and a friend has an almost identical horn. I say almost identical because my horn is heavier than his.(weighs more) His yts tenor weighs about the same as my Mark Vl tenor but my yts is noticably heavier than the Mark Vl or his Yamaha?? Does anyone know why??............!)

    how much (in grams or some other unit of measure) is the actual difference?

      Steve, just feels heavier not only to me but to a friend as well? And not just a little heavier but noticably so.... Weird Huh??

        it's not uncommon for there to be variations....knowing the difference in grams might help explain it.....there are always variations during a production run.....
