Low G (first, second, third, no thumb key) making a pulsing noise

I've checked my reed, it's seems to be in place, I can't figure out what's wrong. Also, almost all of my Gs come out to high, as well as my the D, E, and F below it. I can't feel anything not sealing, but I could be wrong. Please, this is urgent!

Could be the octave key may be bent and leaking, or maybe just no chops!!

Take your sax to your director or a music store and get them to check and make sure all of your keys are covering all of the holes correctly and check the pads. It could very well be just a bent key or octave key.
