Hi, If that is a c in the first pic, it is a Conn c melody. It has rolled tone holes, so I'll go out on a limb and say it's a new wonder 2 model. C melodies are tuned to a piano, which is c. These were very popular in the 1920s. Monetarily, they are worth around 200.00-400.00 depending on condition.

The serial # puts its manufacture date at 1919, which is within the range of the New Wonder series I model.  Its value would be significantly lower than a series II model.
