Lyon Healy American Professional Chicago Sax

I have a brass Lyon Healy American Professional Chicago sax. It has 76957 and 1914 on the back.I am going to list it for sale and just want to know what info I can include with the listing and the value of it. I have included pics. I appreciate you help!!

    Antiquated horn with bad pads, minimal value.
