Yamaha Alto Neck

I have a great Selmer Mark VI and love the sound, but it is due for a trip to the "Health Spa", so I picked up a nice Yamaha YAS-62 as a backup horn.

The Yamaha has nice action and sounds nice enough, but the high end felt choked off. I changed mouthpieces and reeds with no luck, then on a whim I swapped out the stock Yamaha neck with my Mark VI neck and Voila! the sax came to life!

So my question is which of the many different alto sax necks that Yamaha offers would be the best choice to match the Mark VI neck? So far, I have seen G1, G3, C1, E1, and V1 necks listed. I think my Yamaha comes with the C1, so that isn't it.

Anyone have any ideas on the other models?
