Unkown saxophone maker looks like Hegase or something?? 3160

I have a saxophone that has leaf Reeves it looks like with something that looks to say Hegase but im not sure. It also has 3160 on the neck can anyone help me figure out what make this one is? Thanks

    It looks to me like the product of a no-name Chinese manufacturer intended to resemble a Selmer.  Some details look quite crude.  Have it inspected by a competent repairman to see if it's worthwhile.
