keep which one?

i have two altos, one stencil tru tone from the 20's and one vito, VSP model from i think early 60's the vito plays and looks great, the tru tone is very clean, looks great but has a couple dead note in the lower register bottom stack. question is that typical of this horn or do you think it needs work, the rest of the horn sounds very sweet but that inconsisantcy bugs me. would you recondition the tru tone and sell the vito or sell the tru tone and keep the vito as is.

Keep the Vito!!! The origional Vitos from the 60s were amazing horns, but they are seriously over looked because the name was bought and put on many crap horns from various companies.

thanks for the reply, i had a hard time finding info on this horn, the vito, it seems Mr. Vito P. made some of these VSP's under his name. Assembly was split between france and usa. does this info sound correct to you? there is very little info on ser. no of this year.
