Selmer NEW YORK #53451 SBA??

I have a SelmerAlto in good cond, that has 2 pc wire cages over lower tone holes. Is this a Super Balanced Action horn? It has near the same voice as my '67 MK VI. I thought SBA's had half baskets over the tone holes like the MK VI's.
