Meyer tenor mouthpiece

I have a Meyer tenor mouthpieceand I would like to know how old it is and how much it's worth. The markings are as follows: on top of body, Meyer, closer to back on top 6, around rim of the back on top New York. On the bottom side, Meyer around the rim(opposite "New York"), M in the corner by the table, and in a recess on the table, Meyer tru-flex facing. Any help will be appreciated.
