Old Frank Holton Sax, Elkhorn

I bought this sax on ebay and the seller said that the sax was used by a member of Frank Sinatra's band. I don't know if he knew this for sure, but was wondering how old the sax is and what kind. Serial number is 22399 and has LP under the number. Was also wondering about the value of the sax because I'm considering selling it. There is no mouthpiece, the pads appear dry or missing. There is several scratches and dents, but overall it looks pretty good. Anyone know anything about these? Thanks!!

From my info on serial #'s this sax was made between 1914 and 1915. What did you buy it for?

I have an old Frank Holton C-mel. It was my first sax. I had it repadded a couple of years ago. My point is that even though the horn was gave to me and is now in perfect playing condition, I have about $600.00 in it and it is worth about $250.00.
