Mouthpiece identification

Hi all! We have had this mouthpiece in our shop for some time but we know very little about it. Has anyone come across one of these before? Is it a knock-off of some kind perhaps? I attached some images, but in case they are difficult to see, it's a silver-plated tenor sax mouthpiece, inscribed Maestro/A-7. The ligature is built in.

I couldn't find anything similar online other than the Oleg Maestros, which this obviously isn't. Any info or insight would be appreciated.
