elkhart baritone sax

Hi there 

I have a Baritone Sax which reads, Elkhardt Ind in the midst of floral etching on a silver ( ?) instrument. It has numbers on the back but I don't know which are relavent. It has a case but Does not appear to have been cared for in a while.. Probably needs new pads etc.

Does anyone have an idea as to value of this instrument.

I suspect it is atleast late 70s or older based on the owners age
