Old Conn Alto Sax

I've done some searching and found bits and pieces of information and was hoping someone with more knowledge could fill in the gaps. I have an old Conn alto, silver, with cross hatching on the G# key, mother-of-pearl keys and rollers with this info - PATD. DEC. 8, 1914 1119954 A M164980 L I think it is a 1926 model. I had new pads/cork/felts put on about 11-12 years ago but haven't played since I was in college (in the 1960s). Is it desireable to collectors? I apologize if this info is easily found elsewhere but I'm not sure where to look. Thanks for any insight you might have.

Very nice horn there, take a look at the Conn section on www.saxpics.com for more info on your horn
