In the mid to late 1920's The Martin Instrument Company stenciled out a few of these semi-curved soprano saxophones to American Professional and Lyon & Healy. With the bell turned up like an alto clarinet, it gives the player unique sound perspective when playing. Here you see Chris Potter sampling the wears of this Vaudevillian era soprano saxophone.
