This is a near mint BD Supersonic Zimberoff House of Note Alto sax mouthpiece.  The mouthpiece is in great shape, and even still in its original box.  It is an original 3*, and has never been refaced.  These are great playing mouthpieces.  You don't see them to often because they are very rare and very good players.
