This is a very nice vintage Dukoff Hollywood tenor sax mouthpiece, serial number C77. This piece is labeled a CV Special, and while originally a 7, it has been opened a bit by Paul "Doc" Tenney and measures .105". The piece does have the highly desired shorter shank, and is a phenomenal player. It is in incredible shape with nearly no finish wear, and no crack, chips, or major scratches anywhere.
