This is a Hard Rubber ARB Tenor Sax mouthpiece.  The mouthpiece does not have facing stamp anywhere on it, but measures out at .092", which puts it right around a 6 facing.  You don't see a whole lot of ARB hard rubber mouthpieces, and this one is in pretty good shape.  It blows very similar to good Brilhart Hard Rubber mouthpiece.
