This is a vintage Guardala MBI tenor mouthpiece.  The mouthpiece is stamped with a serial number of 748, and has loads of power.  There is a good amount of wear to the original gold plating, but this is purely cosmetic.  These vintage Guardala mouthpieces go for big money and are great players.
