This is a vintage MC Gregory Model A mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 1122. This piece is stamped a 4A 18 (medium chamber), and has been professionally opened a bit by Bob Carpenter to .075". He also flawlessly filled a minor indentation in the bite plate as seen in the pictures. The piece is in near flawless condition with just a couple light surface scratches and no major wear of note. The original metal shank ring is still intact and the tip and rails look perfect.
