This is a vintage M.C. Gregory Composite Model A mouthpiece for the alto sax, serial number 10200. This piece is a 4A 16 small chamber piece, with tip measuring .074". The piece does have some light scratches on top from a past ligature, but otherwise is in great shape. The bite plate has been protected by a guard and looks great.
