This is a vintage hard rubber M.G. Gregory Hollywood "Master" mouthpiece for the alto sax, serial number 4547. This piece is stamped a 5A 18M (medium chamber) and measures .066". It is in fantastic condition, showing nothing more than some light surface scratching here and there for its age. No cracks or previous repairs.
