This is an original F facing Post Soloist Scroll Shank Alto sax mouthpiece.  This mouthpiece has loads of power, and can take a ton of air.  These mouthpieces are pretty rare in a larger tip opening like this.  They are very versitile mouthpieces, easily adaptable for Jazz and Classical music.
